BobCanFixYourHouse.com is a marketing and referral service. We help homeowners submit project requests that may be shared with independent home-service professionals. We are not a contractor and we do not provide home-improvement, pest-control, solar, real-estate or legal services, and we do not buy houses.

No guarantee of service or outcome

We do not guarantee that a provider is available in your area, that a provider will contact you, that any particular price, offer, timeline or outcome will be available, or that any agreement can be cancelled. Any services you receive are provided by independent providers under terms you agree with them directly. Website estimates and quotes given before a site visit are not binding; the provider's written quote governs.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. By checking the consent box on a request form, you authorize the contact described in the consent language shown at the time of submission; a copy of that language is printed in our Privacy Policy.

Independent providers

Participating providers are independent businesses. We do not employ, control or supervise them, and we are not responsible for their work, licensing, pricing or conduct.

Third-party websites and providers

Links on this site lead to websites of participating service providers and marketing partners and other third parties. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Any product, quote, offer or service you obtain from a third party is governed by its terms.

Intellectual property

The website's content, design, and the Bob character are owned by Four Nine Nine Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a contract. Service availability varies by area and by project type, and participating providers set their own requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Nine Nine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any quote, work or provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Four Nine Nine Ltd against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to contact@499group.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court, and it does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may send notices about the site by email to the address you give us, and that emails and documents we make available on the site count as being in writing. Your lender, carrier or provider delivers its own agreements and disclosures under its own process. You can ask for a paper copy of anything we send you by emailing contact@499group.com.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
